On August 20, 2015, the United States Bankruptcy court approved the sale of The Pexa Group, Inc. (“TPG”, doing business in California as 'Pexa Insurance Agency') from Mr. Michael Pexa to Professional Insurance Associates, Inc. (“PIA”). Mr. Pexa is in bankruptcy and has no authority to do any business whatsoever on behalf of TPG.
PIA is now sole owner of TPG and, as such, is the only entity allowed to conduct business for TPG.
